Ingredients
- CENTRE FILLING:
- MIX 3/4 cup walnuts (I use pecans)
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- SET ASIDE:
- MIX; 1/2 lb. butter
- 2 cups white sugar
- 4 cups sifted flour (cake & pastry)
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pint sour cream

Step 1
10" tube pane GREASED
mix as for any cake
alternate centre filling and cake. bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
cool 1 hour in pan.
