Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda (not baking powder)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 12 oz of canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix all dry ingredients
3. Stir in remaining ingredients
4. Pour into 12 cup muffin pan
5. Bake 20-25 minutes. Do not overcook.
