Ingredients

  • cups flour

  • 1

    tsp baking soda (not baking powder)

  • 1

    tsp salt

  • ½

    tsp cinnamon

  • ½

    tsp nutmeg

  • cups sugar

  • cup water

  • 12

    oz of canned pumpkin

  • ½

    cup canola oil

  • 2

    eggs

  • ½

    cup raisins

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Mix all dry ingredients 3. Stir in remaining ingredients 4. Pour into 12 cup muffin pan 5. Bake 20-25 minutes. Do not overcook.
