Ingredients
- 1 can Tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery rib
- 1 onion
- garlic and 2 bay leaves
- fresh dill
- orange zest
- chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 cups fish stock
- 2 cups water
- 1 can tomato paste
- cut up snapper
- shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
Bring first 9 ingr to boil and boil for 15 min, or untl veg are done
add tomato paste, snapper (cut up) and shrimp
slowly cook for 5 more minutes
