Easy Devonshire Cream

Ingredients

• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla (or vanilla powder)

Preparation

Step 1

Beat all ingredients until stiff. Refrigerate and serve with scones and jam.
