Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 16 oz can chocolate syrup
- 1 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 2 tablespoon creme de menthe
- 6 oz chocolate chips
- 6 tablespoon butter or margarine

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together first seven ingredients and pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan.
Bake 350°F for 30 minutes.
Mix together next three ingredients and spread over cooled cake.
Mix and melt last two ingredients and cool slightly. Spread over mint
layer. Chill 5 - 10 minutes and cut into squares.
