- 8 egg; separated
- 1-1/2 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup cake meal
- 2 tablespoon cocoa
- juice of 1 orange plus rind
- 1/4 cup wine

Step 1
Sift together cake meal and cocoa. Beat yolks with sugar until thick and
creamy. Stir in meal/cocoa. Add juice and wine. Beat egg whites until
stiff. Fold in egg whites.
Bake 50 minutes at 350 °F
