(2/12 to 3 pound) frying chicken, cut up
cup chopped onion
cup chopped parsley
teaspoon each oregano, paprika, and thyme
Pepper to taste
cup dry white wine
cups cooked egg noodles
Place chicken skin side down, in large glass baking dish. Dover with waxed paper. Microwave on high for 10 minutes. Skim off fat. Rearrange chicken pieces. Combine onion, parsley, salt,oregani, paprika, thyme and pepper; sprinkle over chicken. Add wine and 1/2 cup water; cover. Microwave on high for 10 minutes or until chicken is tender. Set aside. Place noodles on serving dish; top with chicken. Combine flour and 1/4 cup water; stir into herb sauce in baking dish. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Serve with chicken and noodles.
