  • 2 tsp CHOPPED ROSEMARY
  • 1 GRATED GARLIC CLOVE
  • 3 T OLIVE OIL
  • 3/4 tsp SALT
  • PINCH OF CAYENNE

Preparation

Step 1

TOSS POTATOES WITH REMAINDER OF INGREDIENTS.
SPREAD ON BAKING SHEE; ROAST IN 500 DEGREE OVEN UNTIL GOLDEN, ABOUT 20 MINUTES.
FLIP AND COOK UNTIL GOLDEN AND CRISP, ANOTHER 8 OR MORE MINUTES.
