BBQ glazed chicken and potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 pkg chicken pieces
• 1 onion sliced
• several potatoes cut into quarters
• 1/2 t salt
• 1/4 t black pepper
• 1/4 C ketchup
• 1/4 C honey
• 1/4 C soy sauce
• 2 T Dijon mustard
• cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Pre heat oven to 350. Place sliced onions in the bottom of sprayed roasting pan. Layer chicken over onions. Arrange potatoes chicken in roaster and season with salt and pepper. In a small bowl combine ketchup, honey, soy, and mustard and mix well. Pour over the chicken and potatoes. Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours until cut chicken is no longer pink inside. Baste occasionally as roasting.
