Ingredients
- 2 pkg crescent rolls
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 pkg Ranch original dressing mix
- 1/2 c mayo
- 1/2 sour cream
- chopped broccoli
- chopped cauliflower
- chopped peppers
- chopped onions
- cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Place crescent rolls on a cookie sheet. Press down at seams and bake @ 375° until brown.
Set aside to cool.
Beat together the rest of the ingredients. Set aside.
For topping, use broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green peppers, onion and cheddar cheese.
Spread cooled rolls with cream cheese mixture. Top with chopped vegetables and shredded cheese. Chill.
Cut in 2 inch squares.
