Slow Cooker Corn Pudding

This has become a Thanksgiving regular at my home. EVERYONE loves it and it makes enough so everyone can have seconds. EASY and TASTY!!

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 1/3 cups frozen sweet corn
- 1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package corn muffin mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
1 Lightly grease crockpot. 2 In mixing bowl blend cream cheese, eggs and sugar. 3 Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 4 Transfer to crockpot. 5 Cover and cook on High 3 to 4 hours.
