Peanut Butter Mousse

Ingredients

• 1 qt. heavy cream
• 1 c cream cheese
• 4 c peanut butter
• 1/2 c powdered sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 c milk

Preparation

Step 1

Whip heavy cream in mixer bowl fitted with a whip until stiff peaks form.

Combine remaining ingredients in mixer bowl until smooth.

Fold peanut butter mixture into whipped cream.
