- 1 1/4 tsp yeast
- 2 Tbls lukewarm water
- 1 1/2 tsp flour
- 4 c flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 c cool water

Step 1
Put water in coffee cup and sprinkle yeast over water. Mix well with fork until dissolved. Add 1 1/2 tsp flour. Stir well with fork, set aside for 8 mins.

Sift flour and salt with a fork in a big bowl. Rinse your coffee cup with 1/4 cup cool water and add to bowl of flour. Add another 1 c water to that . Mix well with a fork or clean hands.Knead 8-10 mins. Wash the big bowl and grease it lightly. Throw down 100 times or until like a baby's butt.
Put dough in greased bowl. Cover with saran wrap. Let rise until double, about 4-5 hours. Cut dough into 3 chunks. Shape the loaves by rolling them. Make the rolls long and skinny. Roll loaves in flour and put on lightly greased baking sheet. Cut slits on top . Let rise in 175* oven for 15 mins. Remove bread from oven and increase temp to 525*. Bake at 525* for 10 mins on bottom rack of oven. Then move the shet to a rack near the top of the oven for another 6-8 mins. Dont let it burn, watch closely
