Ingredients
- 9 egg; separated
- 1-1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup cake meal
- 3/4 cup potato starch
- juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
Step 1
Beat whites with 1/2 cup sugar until stiff. Add lemon juice to yolks and
beat until lemony. Add 3/4 cup sugar and beat until puffy. Fold into whites
and fold in dry ingredients.
Bake one hour at 350 °F
