Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of red peppers
- 1 tps of red onions
- 1/2 fresh spinach (lightly packed)
- 2 eggs
- 2 fully cooked turkey sausage
- 1 baby bell cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the veggies a little first then I add the eggs. And cheese is last! Oh and I don't cook with salt or pepper, add to taste.
