Buffy's Favorite Chicken

Ingredients

• 3 # chicken pieces
• 1/4 c oil
• 1/2 c soy sauce
• 1/4 c sherry
• 2 tsp ginger
• 2 tsp dry mustard
• 1 garlic clove, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Remove skin from chicken and put in ziplock bag.
Combine rest of ingredients and pour over chicken
Refrigerate for 1 - 24 hrs, turning occasionally
Remove from marinade, grill, basting with marinade frequently until done.
