Ingredients

  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 T water
  • 1 t dried parsley flakes
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 t paprika
  • 1/4 C chopped bell peppers
  • cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Spray and heat skillet. (add a little vegetable oil if it still seems to stick)Fry chicken until brown on each side. Remove chicken from skillet and add soup, water, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, and peppers to the skillet. Heat mixture to a boil and return chicken to the skillet. Cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes until chicken is no longer pink inside.
