Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 9 oz pkg frozen creamed spinach, thawed
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all of the above ingredients. Top with 1/4 cups parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° until bubbly.
Serve with chips.
