Spinach Rollups

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz) sour cream
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 (1 oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (3 oz) jar bacon bits
  • 9 (10 inch) flour tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together first 6 ingredients; spread evenly on tortillas. Roll up, jellyroll fashion, pressing edges to seal; wrap in plastic wrap. Chill 4 to 6 hours. Cut into 1/2 inch thick slices.
