ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND TOMATO ROTINI

Got this from a Kraft Canada magazine.. quick and easy.. Darcy really likes it!!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
  • 1 lb Italian Sausage, casing removed
  • 1 - 19 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 chopped yellow pepper
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 cup Kraft shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to directions.

Crumble sausage and cook about 10 minutes till done. Add tomatoes, yellow pepper, onion and dressing. Cook 5 minutes till peppers are tender crisp.

Drain pasta. Add to sausage mixture with cheese.

Serve with parmesan cheese on top.
