Ingredients
- 2-3/4 pound corned beef brisket
- 3 medium potatoes; peeled and quartered
- 3 large carrot; peeled, 2 inch pieces
- 1 small onion

Preparation
Step 1
Put corned beef in slow cooker. Top with vegetables, then water just to
cover. Sprinkle with seasonings if included with corned beef.
Cover and cook on low 9 - 11 hours or until corned beef is fork-tender.
With a slotted spoon, remove the carrots and potatoes to a serving dish.
Discard onion. Transfer corned beef to a cutting board. Cut in thin slices
against the grain.
