The many variations of oatmeal toppings for a spectacular single serve breakfast dish!
cup rolled oats
Enough milk and water to cook as directed
Pumpkin/apple pie-2 T ff vanilla yogurt, 1 T pumpkin/apple butter, ⅛ tsp pumpkin pie spice
Cheesy Hash brown- ¼ c cooked hash browns, 2 t shredded cheese, 1 T salsa or ketchup
Hot Cocoa oatmeal- 1 T instant hot cocoa mix, 2 T mini marshmallows (try 1 T cocoa powder with dash of stevia)
Blueberry nut oatmeal- ¼ cup blueberries, 1 T chopped nuts or flax, 1 T maple syrup
Fruit crisp oatmeal - ½ cup chopped apple/pear/peach/mashed banana/etc, 2 T granola, 1 T chopped nuts or milled flax, ⅛ tsp cinnamon
Prepare as directed on oatmeal container. Add desired toppings.
