Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed good quality olives; cut in half
- 2 cup giardiniera salad; drained
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes; diced
- 1 bell peppers (red, green, yellow); diced
- 1/2 red onion; diced
- 1/2 pound salami; diced
- 1/2 pound ham; diced
- 1/2 pound provolone cheese; diced
- 3 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil, eyeball it
