Ingredients

    cup mixed good quality olives; cut in half

    cup giardiniera salad; drained

    cup sun dried tomatoes; diced

    bell peppers (red, green, yellow); diced

  • ½

    red onion; diced

  • ½

    pound salami; diced

  • ½

    pound ham; diced

  • ½

    pound provolone cheese; diced

    tablespoon wine vinegar

  • ½

    cup extra-virgin olive oil, eyeball it

Directions

Combine all ingredients, dress with vinegar and olive oil. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
