Char Siu (Chinese Barbecued Pork)

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine or dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger; grated
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/8 teaspoon chinese five spice
- 16 oz pork shoulder; 1 x 3 inch strips

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and marinate for at least five but
not more than 24 hours.
Remove meat from marinade and place marinade in a saucepan and simmer for 5
minutes; reserve.
Place meat on a roasting rack in a foil lined baking dish and roast in a
preheated 375 °F oven, uncovered for 30 minutes, basting with reserved
marinade. Turn meat and roast the other side, basting with reserved
marinade, for another 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches
155°F.
Refrigerate for 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.
