Italian Style London Broil

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbls balamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbls extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 large clove minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp thyme leaves
  • Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a blender, combine the vinegar, oil, garlic, and thyme and puree until smooth. In a large glass or ceramic dish, pour the marinade over the steak and let stand for at least 5 minutes. (or overnight in the frig if time permits).


2.Start up the grill and let it get to about 300 degrees and season the steak with salt and pepper and grill over moderate high heat. Turn once, about 6 minutes per side. Transfer steak to a cutting board and let stand for about 10 minutes. Slice the steak wafer thin and serve.
