Ingredients
- Peanut Butter Crumbs:
- 1/2-1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 -8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 - 9 oz carton prepared whipped topping
- 1 - 9 inch pastry shell (may make a crumb crust if desired.)
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- Mix together with pastry blender or fork
Preparation
Step 1
Cream peanut butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in softened whipped cream. Put in pie shell. Chill for 2 - 3 hours.
Top with more whipped cream topping. Sprinkle peanut butter crumbs on top. Allow pie to set overnight. The longer it sets, the better it gets.
