Chunky Chicken Parmesan Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 celery ribs, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Garnish: celery leaves

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill 2 hours. Gamish, if desired.
