Ingredients
- 10-12 chicken tenders
- 3/4 C French's fried onions
- 5-6 Ritz crackers
- 2 beaten eggs
- vegetable oil

Preparation
Step 1
Crush fried onions and crackers together in a blender or food processor and pour onto a platter or in a low bowl. Dip chicken in egg then coat with cracker onion mixture. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown and no longer pink inside.
