Ambrosia Jello Mold

Ingredients

  • 1 - 8oz can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange segments (drained)
  • 1-3/4 cups Cool Whip
  • 1 pkg (8 serving) Orange Jello
  • 1-1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Add cold water to juice to measure 1 cup.
Stir boiling water into gelatin until dissolved.
Stir in measured liquid.
Refrigerate 1-1/2 hrs or until slightly thickened.
Stir in Cool Whip with wire whisk until smooth.
Refrigerate 10 minutes.
Stir in fruit and marshmallows.
Refrigerate 3 hours.
