Ingredients

  • Mix together:
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon (heaping)
  • Mix together:
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1.5-2 cups fresh zucchini, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together and pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake @ 325^ for 45-55 minutes.
