Ingredients
- 3 fresh jalapeños, stems removed, halved crosswise, and seeded
- 3 tomatillos, peeled and halved
- 1 medium yellow onion, quartered
- 5 garlic cloves, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup canola or olive oil
- 1/2 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
- 1 tsp dried Mexican oregano, crumbled
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid. Select Low speed. Use the On/Off switch to quickly pulse until chopped to a slightly coarse consistency, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
