Ingredients
- 3 C corn flakes crushed to 1 1/2 Cups
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 C milk
- 8 slices bread
- 4 t Dijon mustard
- 4 slices cooked ham
- 4 slices Swiss or American cheese
- 3 T melted butter or margarine Or use a butter spray

Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 425. Grease or spray baking pan. Place crushed cereal in a low bowl or on a plate. In another low bowl mix beat eggs and milk until mixed well.
Spread 4 slices of the bread with mustard and top with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese then top with another piece of bread. Carefully dip each sandwich into the egg mixture allowing excess to drip off. Coat sandwich with crushed cereal and place onto prepared baking pan. Drizzle sandwiches with melted butter or spray with butter spray. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
