PEACH COBBLER

This traditional southern cobbler is easy to make and delicious to eat! You can even let your kids make this simple treat that is sure to be a favorite of the household.

Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 c. peaches (I mix canned with fresh)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (optional)

Step 1
Melt butter and pour into a 9 x 12 pan. Combine flour, sugar and milk. Add mixture to butter in pan without stirring. Spread to edges of pan. Place peaches evenly across top of batter. Sprinkle brown sugar lightly over top of peaches.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool to desired temperature.
