Ingredients

  • 1 can of cream of cheddar soup (can sub cream of chicken)
  • 1/4 C water
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 t minced garlic
  • 1/8 t black pepper
  • 1 C steamed broccoli
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • 2 C cubed cooked chicken (or shredded left overs)
  • fresh parsley
  • pita pocket bread

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients except pitas and parsley. Simmer a few minutes until everything is heated through. Spoon heated mixture into pitas and top with parsley before serving.
