Ingredients
- 1 can of cream of cheddar soup (can sub cream of chicken)
- 1/4 C water
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 t minced garlic
- 1/8 t black pepper
- 1 C steamed broccoli
- 1 shredded carrot
- 2 C cubed cooked chicken (or shredded left overs)
- fresh parsley
- pita pocket bread

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together all ingredients except pitas and parsley. Simmer a few minutes until everything is heated through. Spoon heated mixture into pitas and top with parsley before serving.
