Cream Cheese Mints

I now use the Kitchen Aid Mixer to kneed the mixture. Works great.

Ingredients

  • 1- 2 lb. bag powered sugar
  • 1 - 8oz pkg. cream cheese
  • 2-3 drops flavoring
  • food coloring
  • 3 Tbsp. white sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Kneed powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add flavoring and color bu using toothpick to insert flavor and color. Mix to desired color and flavor.

Roll in small balls, te roll small balls in white sugar. Press sugared balls into a mold, level off the dough on the mold and pop the mint out onto wax paper. Allow to air dry for 24 hour. May freeze.
