Ingredients

  • 1 large loaf French bread
  • 2 – 10oz pkg Swiss cheese
  • 2 – 4oz cans mushrooms (drain)
  • 2 TBSP Dry onion flakes
  • 2 TBSP Poppy Seads
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Lowery Seasoning Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cut bread in small squares not all the way through. Cut cheese in squares, stuff between slices of bread with mushrooms. Place on large sheet of foil on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle onion and poppy seeds.

Melt;
2 sticks butter, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and l teaspoon lowery seasoning salt.
Drizzle over bread. Seal in foil. Bake in 350 oven 30 to 40 min. Roll back foil – Serve hot. Pull apart with fork to serve.
