Ingredients

    large loaf French bread

  • 2

    – 10oz pkg Swiss cheese

  • 2

    – 4oz cans mushrooms (drain)

  • 2

    TBSP Dry onion flakes

  • 2

    TBSP Poppy Seads

  • 2

    sticks butter

  • 1

    tsp lemon juice

  • 1

    tsp Lowery Seasoning Salt

Directions

Cut bread in small squares not all the way through. Cut cheese in squares, stuff between slices of bread with mushrooms. Place on large sheet of foil on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle onion and poppy seeds. Melt; 2 sticks butter, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and l teaspoon lowery seasoning salt. Drizzle over bread. Seal in foil. Bake in 350 oven 30 to 40 min. Roll back foil – Serve hot. Pull apart with fork to serve.
