Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup North Shore Living Herbs® Basil leaves
- 1/2 North Shore European Cucumber, peeled
- 1-1/2 cups plain yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Place the olive oil, honey, garlic, basil, and cucumber, in a blender. Puree until smooth. Whisk in yogurt. Add salt and pepper.
