Buffalo Hot Wing Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup of Red Hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Boil chicken for approximately 20 minutes. Using two forks shreds the chicken into pieces.
Saute the chicken with half stick of butter then add 1/4 cup of hot sauce, until everything is mixed. Approximately 5 minutes or so.
Spread cream cheese on bottom of a pie plate then add chicken mixture.
Top with Ranch dressing. You may add additional Red Hot sauce if you like. Layer cheese on top.
Bake on 350° until melted.
