Ingredients

  • 2

    loaves frozen bread dough

  • chopped pecans and/or raisins

  • 1/2

    cup butter

  • 1

    cup brown sugar

  • 2

    tbsp milk

  • 3/4

    tsp cinnamon

  • 1

    large package vanilla pudding (not instant)

Directions

1. thaw bread dough loaves, do not let them rise. Cut one loaf into small chunks and place in the bottom of a greased 9x13 cake pan. Sprinkle with pecans and raisins. 2. Melt and simmer butter, brown sugar, milk, cinnamon and vanilla pudding in a saucepan. 3. Pour over mixture in the cake pan. Cut up second loaf of bread dough and add to pan. 4. Let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 350 deg. for about 30 min.
