Ingredients
- 2 Bags Rhubarb (Frozen)
- > 5 Cups Sugar
- > 4 cups water
- > 2 sticks butter

- > 4 Pie Crusts

- > Buy prepared folded pie crust (easier). In dairy
- > section (2 in each box).
Preparation
Step 1
Put Crust into half size deep steam table pan - Add rhubarb, sugar and water.
Slice butter on top.
Add Top Crust (you can cover with crust or cut strips and crisscross. (I crisscross - more like a
cobbler.
Bake at 425 for 40 to 45 minutes.
