Saucy Crock Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 lb thick boneless chops
  • 2 Tbsp dried onion
  • 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire
  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Trim fat from chops. Mix onion, tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and Worcestershire in crock. Add chops and coat well. Cook 4 hours on high, or 7-8 on low. Chops will be falling apart. Take them out and mix cornstarch with a little cold water. Add to sauce and stir until thickened. Return chops and serve over rice, pasta, or with potatoes.
