Ingredients
- 10 chicken drumsticks (about 2 lb), skin removed
- 2 cups frozen small whole onions (from 1-lb bag), thawed
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup

Step 1
1) In 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker, place chicken drumsticks. In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken.
2) Cover; cook on Low heat setting 4 to 5 hours..
