Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium green bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 large eggs
- 1 can (6 1/2 ounces) lump crab meat (drained, white crab)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper sauce
- 1 large plum tomato (ripe, seeded and finely chopped)

Step 1
Preheat broiler. Heat oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet with oven-safe handle over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and garlic to skillet; cook 3 minutes or until soft.
While bell pepper and garlic cook, beat eggs in medium bowl. Break up large pieces of crab meat. Add crab meat, black pepper, salt and pepper sauce to eggs; blend well. Set aside.
Add tomato to skillet, cooking and stirring for 1 minute. Add egg mixture to skillet. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook about 7 minutes or until eggs begin to set around edges.
Remove pan from burner and place under broiler 6 inches from heat. Broil about 2 minutes or until top of frittata is browned and set. Remove pan from broiler; slide frittata onto serving plate. Serve immediately.
