Ingredients
- 2-4 lbs beef chuck stew meat, cut into 1-in cubes
- 1/2 cup flour
- Kosher salt and pepper
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 6 small potatoes, quartered
- 2-3 onions, chopped
- 3 celery stalks, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over meat. Place meat in crock-pot. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or on HIGH for 5-6 hours, or until meat is tender. Stir thoroughly before serving.
