oven fried catfish

1/2 1/2 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1 1 1 teaspoon paprika
1 1 1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 1 1 teaspoon salt
1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 1/2 1/2 cup skim milk
cooking spray
Directions
1 1.Preheat to 425 oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.
3 3.Bake 15 for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
