Ingredients
- 1 package (5 ounces) cheesy scalloped potatoes with skin-on potatoes mix
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pound fully cooked kielbasa sausage, cut into 2-inch diagonal pieces
- 1 cup frozen veggies

Preparation
Step 1
1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
2. Place uncooked potatoes in slow cooker.
3. Mix soup, 1 soup can filled with water and Sauce Mix (from potato mix); pour over potatoes. Top with sausage.
4. Cover and cook on low heat setting 4 to 5 yours or until potatoes are tender.
5. Rinse frozen veggies with cold water to separate. Sprinkle veggies over potatoes. Increase setting to high. Cover and cook about 10 minutes or until veggies are hot.
