Aunt Barb's Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

• 4 tbs butter
• 3 eggs
• 3/4 c flour
• 1 c milk
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 lb grated montery jack cheese
• 2 boxes drained frozen spinach

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in 8 x 12 baking dish

Beat eggs, mix rest of ingredients in large bowl. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 30 min or till slightly browned and bubbly in middle. Let set and cut into squares.
