  • 3 c lukewarm water
  • 1 &1/2 T yeast(1&1/2 pkt)
  • 1 &1/2 T coarse sea salt
  • 6 &1/2 c unbleached flour
  • (cornmeal for pizza peel)
  • Can be stored in fridge.

Preparation

Step 1

mix together as for bread dough.
For first time use before stored in fridge, let rise for only 20 min. Otherwise needs 40 minutes to rise.
Dust liberally and slash in tic tac toe design.

Use pizza stone with cornmeal peel. Put cookie sheet on lower shelf with water in it to steam the loaf while it bakes. 450 degrees till done.
